Dry Rot (Serpula lacrymans).

With the ability to spread and search for timber to attack, dry rot is a real menace in older buildings
and can cause extensive structural damage. We have a proven track record over many years in
identifying outbreaks of dry rot and remediating same under guarantee.

The scope of works includes the following:-

• A preliminary site visit to identify the nature of the problem and cause of same.
• To provide and oversee a detailed exposure work plan to establish the full extent of the
  problem.
• To treating the affected areas using green range biocides.
• Ensuring any replacement structural timbers in the affected area are properly treated /
  protected prior to being fitted.
